Speedy Sabotage (Su): Vexgits are adept at disassembling machinery, reducing even complex devices to trash with shocking speed. When using the Disable Device skill, these gremlins treat all devices as being one category simpler for the purposes of determining how long it takes to use the skill. Thus, difficult devices count as tricky, tricky devices count as simple, and simple devices can be dismantled as a free action.
Wrecking Crew (Su): A group of up to six vexgits can work together to dismantle a device. This ability functions like the aid another action, but a single vexgit can receive help from up to five other vexgits, granting it up to a +10 bonus on its Disable Device check.
Disable Device Explained
6 ranks, 3 class skill, 4 dex, 3 skill focus feat, 2 deft hands feat, 4 racial, 2 MW thieves tools equals +24 (+34 with Wrecking Crew)
Unchained Disable Device Unlock 5 Ranks: Reduce the time required to disarm a trap or open a lock by taking a –5 penalty on your Disable Device check for each step by which you reduce the time required: 2d4 rounds, 1d4 rounds, 1 round, a standard action, a move action, a swift action.
Quick Disable (Ex) Benefit: It takes a rogue with this ability half the normal amount of time to disable a trap using the Disable Device skill (minimum 1 round). When she uses Disable Device to open a lock that would normally take a full-round action to open, she reduces the duration to a standard action.
Notes: With Speedy Sabotage, Quick Disable, and Unchained Disable Device he can disable a simple device as a free action, a tricky device as a standard action, and a complex device as a full round action. By taking -5 penalties he can try to do it faster.

A stowaway found on board. He and an infestation of his Vexgit dismantling buddies did a number on the Deep Sea Current. Originally from the First World. The Emerald Arrow was somehow his gateway into our world and onto our ship.
Lagdug proved his worth to his fey brothers in combat against the Lantern Archon hordes in the battle of Forks and Light. His actions that day were the stuff of legends. Captain Reskafar, Goethe, Lorenz, Myrrh, and Mr. Finn watched in awe as the bloody struggle spilled onto the top deck. The Captain was so moved by Lagduf’s valor and self sacrifice, he called a truce. Lagdug and his five brothers vowed allegiance in exchange for being spared, the promise to get to dismantle interesting things in the future, and silver forks.
Lagdug is maniacal, prideful, cruel, and intelligent. He can dismantle most devices at blazing speeds. On board, he struggles to suppress his urge to dismantle things, but he knows better. So he and his brothers spend their time developing devious traps and secret weapons that can…
